Purchase Conditions – SOMA Fitness & Wellness Show

The purchase of tickets for SOMA implies acceptance of the following conditions:

• Access to the event: tickets are personal and non-transferable. Access to the venue may require the presentation of an identification document.
• Ticket types: each type of ticket grants access according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase. Access to the Congress area requires the purchase of the Congress Pack, which is not included in standard tickets.
• Ticket use policy by day: 1-day tickets are valid exclusively for the date selected at the time of purchase. Important clause: If a visitor wishes to attend more than one day of the event, they must purchase a Professional ticket (4 days) or Festival ticket (3 days). The purchase of multiple 1-day tickets under the same person’s name in order to access the event on different days is not permitted. If this practice is detected, the tickets may be cancelled without the right to a refund.
• Changes, resale and cancellations Once the purchase has been completed, no changes or refunds are permitted, except in the event of cancellation of the event. The resale of SOMA tickets is not permitted and will result in the cancellation of the ticket without the right to a refund.
• Access and control The organisation reserves the right of admission and may deny access or withdraw accreditation in the event of misuse or failure to comply with the event rules.
• Programme The organisation reserves the right to modify the programme, schedules or content for organisational reasons or due to force majeure.
